Excellent Product

This waffle maker makes excellent waffles - crisp on the outside and soft inside. Very easy to use and cleanup is a snap.

Waffles anyone?

I bought this waffle iron about a month ago to replace a regular waffle iron that I have had for some 20 years. I have no complaints except that the timer component is kind of a silly design--who thought it was a good plan to have the timer work on a battery? I found that I use closer to a full cup of batter per waffle and we also like the waffles not quite as done, so about 2:30 works for us--if you wait until you see no steam, good luck cutting the waffle. It will definitely be crisp. I think it's a very good product for the money.

I bought this for my husband who loves the Belgian waffles he gets at hotels and restaurants. This is as close to those as you can get, from what I can tell. He used the recipe that comes with it, which worked fine. He likes that it will store upright, not taking up too much space.

So far, no issues with plates not fitting snugly, or any other defects. have had it for a month, used it a few times.

Great Christmas Presents

My wife and I gave five of these to friends and relatives for Christmas with the admonition to open before Christmas. Everyone, including my wife and I, made Waffles for Christmas breakfast. All voted it a great gift. One couple especially liked it for the storage convenience in their Recreational Vehicle. All commented on the perfect and thick waffles. We would give this Waffle maker six stars if we could.

Presto Waffle Maker

This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he just loves it. Of course, waffles are pretty much his kitchen talent. He is very finicky so I was surprised that this appliance passed his test.
