I like my perfect pushups. I also think the cards are useful tools to keep it interesting. It's a great way to vary your pushup workouts and get more from your sessions.

Clearly explained with pictures and words - the cards give you a good way to keep moving forward as you improve your strength on the perfect pushup.

Pretty Effective

As most of the reviews mentioned, it's a surprisingly effective exercise tool. I've been pretty happy with it.

Pushups Kicked Up a Notch

When I first heard about this product I was skeptical but then I decided to take a chance and buy it. When I got it I immediately started using it, and boy, it was one helluva workout. It was harder than a normal push-up but the twisting handle made the workout more challenging. For a guy like me who goes to the gym, it gave me the same workout intensity as what the gym equipment usually gives me. In the beginning I started using it, I felt a little shoulder pain but after a while it went away so I assumed it must be soreness. A lot of articles say people used it and tore their rotator cuff and dislocated their shoulder...gimme a break! If they got hurt its because they probably tried to do their own tricks with it. I suggest people should get it and spread the good news to other people about it. But remember keep to the instructions and don't try your own stunts as to prevent injury. I liked it so much I went ahead and bought another one just in case it breaks. I may be wasting money because of its durability but you never know what could happen. It says it can hold 300 lbs....not saying I will ever get that big, but in case it breaks I have another one. By the way, I bought the Travel edition but you guys should get the normal one.

The Perfect Pushup is excellent. I don't look like the guy in the picture yet though. I had to buy a second Perfect Pushup because my son wanted to take it back to school with him and my other son wanted to use it at home. Good stuff.
