Soulfood!!!
This music is simply awesome. Great training music, cardio and resistance.
Have nearly every Soulfood release - all keepers. Dissapointed at first about the number of "remix" cuts on some Soulfood discs - thought they would be repetitive rip-offs - not so. Remixes are different enough to be another whole take on the musical concept. Soulfood is red hot - can not say enough good about their music. I think the keystone of the widely varied Soulfood releases is DJ Free... someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Check six.
