Works for me!
Beneprotein is a low calorie protein powder that can be mixed with water. It doesn't mix as well as Benefiber but it is drinkable. It is VERY difficult to find a low calorie protein powder that can be used with water and doesn't make you gag. Beneprotein has 4.17 calories per gram of protein. Most portein powders (especially the kind in retail stores) are about 8 - 11 calories per gram of protein and then you have to add calories and fat to it wilk milk and fruit to hide the flavor. I highly recommend this product.

I was kind of disapointed with this product from amazon. It does not Blend very good.
I have use this product before but the first time I bought it was from my Health club and I really like it it was very easy to blend it in my Orange juice or water and not clumpy. When I ran out of it I decided to Order it from amazon and I jst feel like its not as pure a my first one.
Great Product For Gastric By-Pass Patients
I would recommend this product highly for anyone that has undergone gastric by-pass surgery. It has as much protein as one egg and if used on a regular basis throughout the day it would be very helpful to your diet.
