The kit includes a canning rack that holds up to four jars at a time and fits within any Fagor 10-quart pressure cooker. When sterilization is complete, the plastic-coated jar lifter clutches jars tightly in its tongs and lifts them out of hot water without risk of slippage or burning while the magnetized vinyl-coated jar lifter safely removes the lids. The kit also includes a heavy-duty stainless-steel ladle for spooning stewed fruits or vegetables into the stainless-steel wide-mouth funnel and siphoning it into your jars. A long plastic tong frees bubbles from the jars before you seal them and a jar wrench, also vinyl-coated, tightens lids with force while simultaneously keeping hands cool and providing a firm grip. required if you are going to can anything!

Don't forget to get these accessories when you buy your canner. Without them you will have a hard time properly prepping your jars or getting them out of the hot water!

Must have tools for the home canner. Great Value, everything you need to get started.

If it weren't for the shipping I would love it.

I love the item but it took a month to get it. The tomatoes were done before it came in the mail. It started in Michigan went to Maryland and back to Michigan before I got it.

Canning Rack Rusted

The Fagor "made in China" canning rack rusted the second time I used it and left a rust stain in the bottom of my Fagor Canner. While, I did get the stain out, it looks like the rack is of very poor quality and I do not recommend it.
