Editorial Reviews
Product Description
Aimed squarely at young men, Maxim is a glossy magazine focused on beautiful women, slick gadgets, fast cars, sports, entertainment, and other male obsessions. In addition to scantily clad cover models and plenty of revealing photo layouts, issues include reviews of the latest movies, CDs, DVDs, and video games; articles on how to successfully seduce women; the latest styles and trends; and interviews with celebrities. Other regular features include jokes, trivia, a sex column, practical advice, a sports column, and more.
Customer Reviews
Maxim has Fallen so Far!
I have been a subscriber for 10 years. I will not renew. The magazine has changed completely. It is all filler and puff pieces. No interesting articles. Stick to Playboy for those. I think their staff truly believes in their own hype.
good writing, hot women
Yes, I know it's not as good as it was in the late 90s, but it's still the best men's magazine that there is. The writing is witty and the topics of interest to a male audience. $10 for one year is a deal!
Maxim Magazine
It's a good magazine, not only does it have beautiful half naked women, but some pretty good articles as well.
The New Playboy
This is a great magazine. The writers are hilarious and the article are informative. And the photos are great too. ;)
Sure, it used to be a lot more cutting edge and it's filled with ads these days, but it's still the best thing going. Maxim doesn't take itself too seriously, which is why I love about it. $10 for a year is a great deal. Take what you like and leave the rest!!
maxium
I do not like the new maxium book. They are using paper that seems recycled and looks cheap. It seems like maxium is trying to cut cost with the cheaper paper and I definetly will not renew my subscription unless they change their book and go back to the old version!
