Thursday, June 05, 2008 - 09:30 PMWord from Jamaica is that all charges against Mavado, aka David Brooks have been dropped by Jamaica's Director Of Public Prosecutions. Mavado was charged with illegal possession of a firearm and two counts of shooting with intent related to a shooting incident on July 27, 2007 at Mannings Hill Road in St. Andrew. Mavado was arrested in March of 2008.
