Where is the sound originally from?
"Woodford , Allman Town, is really Woodford Park we based yuh nuh."
How did you get started?
"It was a friend of mine called Lou Gooden who start the sound, we actually got the name from him. After him migrate I decided to continue using the name. I started it on my own about 1976 at couple little parties and thing... then like about 1980s dem region deh we mek a little improvement on the sound. When Peter Metro came on board we had a good time in the '80s-- from dem time deh up yuh have Oliver, Scratchy, Lucan Silver and we have three new guys on board now? Jiggy Hunk, Famous and Platinum."

"We a di year to year sound man, never dies, always around, change wid the time."
What inspired you to get involved in the entertainment business?
"Working at Dynamics Sounds in my early days, in the 70s and during that same time I meet up with Lou Gooden. Working at Dynamics Sounds with so much records and going to the party dem wid so much sounds like Gemini."
Have you been doing any tour, and what are some of the countries that you've been to?
"Yea man, we go UK, Europe, Japan, Caribbean Islands yuh nuh and Italy, Germany dem place deh US, Canada and every nook and cranny a Jamaica."
Do you like the direction reggae and dancehall music are going?
"Yea, just one and two little things, need some writers to get some better lyrics at times but the music is strong."
What would you tell to others who want to venture in the business?
"Well the main thing is to come into the business clean and don't try...fight gainst foundation... foundation haffi live on 'cause the space is there for everybody... and it's not an easy road at all."
What is the secret to your success?
"It's the team, the good team I have over the years yuh nuh and the good relationship yuh keep with the promoters 'cause they play a very important role yuh nuh."
Do you have any plans for a mix tape?
"Well, too early to say, but we decide to keep up the good work. There'll be changes not sure where yet, but changes will be around."
