I will have to look at this and get back to you. Sorry for not replying earlier. My understanding (last time I looked at it), is that you can add any language words to commonwords.php. This plugin does not use the stopwords or stopwords_language.txt files incl. in the PN distro.
Another reason why you might think it's not working is due to having your pnRender and Xanthia caching enabled. Please clear your cache when testing.
