Bounty Killer was arrested for possession of marijuana yesterday. Bounty was spotted at a popular venue in New Kingston, St Andrew earlier, celebrating a friend’s birthday. Over the weekend Bounty Killer was also denied entry into Trinidad and Tobago when he arrived for the Ceasefire concert with Vybz Kartel.

Reports are that Bounty Killer, real name Rodney Pryce, left his friend’s birthday party around 4:30 am, but was stopped by an unmarked police vehicle at the intersection of Grenada Avenue and Knutsford Boulevard in New Kingston.

The police officers proceeded to search the vehicle and it’s occupants, upon which Bounty Killer was found with one spliff and approximately four ounces of marijuana in his possession. He was taken to the New Kingston Police Post where he was formally charged. He is to appear in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on October 15 to answer to that charge.

This incident brings to three, the number of cases which Pryce has before the courts. He is to return to court on November 11 when a illegal firearm case against him will continue. He also has a case before the Traffic Court in which he is accused of obstructing traffic, disobeying a red light and refusing to take a breathalyser test.
