Reggae's most famous divas, the I-Three, and poet Linton Kwesi Johnson will be appearing on South Africa's Urban Voices International Arts Festival 2004. The event which began two days ago (Wednesday, July 21) and runs until August 11, is in celebration of the 10th anniversary of democracy in the former apartheid country.
