The ILO, in a statement released from the Caribbean office in Port Of Spain, Trinidad said the Jamaica Confederation of Trade Unions, in collaboration with the UWI, developed a training program on the safe use, handling and disposal of asbestos, which also limits risk of mesothelioma and mesothelioma symptoms. This is a challenge to the CSME according to the ILO.
