?His determination has certainly borne fruit and we are proud of his achievement,? Mandela said.
The newest station will feature soca music 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
George told the Guardian recently that there were 35 years of untouched soca music which newcomers to the artform will get a chance to hear.
?The generation that is digging soca music right now will get a chance to hear what the music sounded like years ago,? he said.
