Seven million dollars' worth of cocaine and heroin was seized between Wednesday and yesterday, resulting in the arrest of two people.

Yesterday morning, officers of the OCNU arrested a 31-year-old Venezuelan national after he reportedly tried to board a flight bound for Tortola in the British Virgin Islands.
Police said they had had the suspect under surveillance, and when they checked his suitcase they found concealed five kilogrammes of heroin, with an estimated street value of $7,000,000.
Later yesterday, OCNU officers intercepted $200,000 worth of cocaine in packages which were destined for New York via TTPost.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday, police arrested a man described as a "drug mule" as he was about to board a flight to New York with several packages of cocaine he had ingested hours earlier.
Police said the 21-year-old Mamoral man had swallowed several condoms filled with cocaine and, after being arrested at the airport, was taken to the Port of Spain General Hospital. Up to press time last night, 16 pellets of the narcotic had been recovered.
The man remains under heavy police guard.
OCNU officers also reported arresting a US national yesterday morning as he was about to board another flight to New York with several kilogrammes of cocaine hidden in his suitcase.
The 21-year-old was hauled before an Arima magistrate yesterday afternoon, charged with the possession of TT$800,000 worth of cocaine.
The three-day operation was spearheaded by Insp Guevara and included Cpl Nathan.
