London?s very first outdoor reggae festival ?Reggae In The Park? will take place at the end of the summer in Victoria Park.

Acts conformed to appear include Marcia Griffiths, Sizzla Kalonji, Freddie McGregor, Barrington Levy, Vybz Kartel, Gregory Isaacs and The Mighty Diamonds.
In a statement event spokesperson Glen Yearwood said: "This is a benchmark for reggae music entertainment.
In a statement, event spokesperson "The event is going to be a unique cultural celebration of reggae music, and there are plans to replicate it across a number of key European cities including Amsterdam, Paris and Stockholm."
Ken Livingstone, London?s Mayor is in full support of the event. Speaking to organisers he said: "Reggae in the Park" is set to be an exuberant celebration of reggae music and the cultural diversity of the capital.
"It is great to see London?s open spaces being used for events that bring the capital's communities together".
A posthumous award will be given to Clement Seymour Dodd. The reggae record producer died in May this year and the event will be a tribute to him for his outstanding contribution to reggae music.
