Mafia House, the former agency for Beenie Man and many other artists under Shocking Vibes is no more. Beenie Man's estranged wife D'Angel is the sole owner and has now officially changed the name to Angel's Productions, which now handles bookings and contact for Angel's Boutique, D'Angel the artiste and Angel's Productions.
D'Angel, real name Michelle Downer has had a turbulent marriage to Beenie Man, real name Moses Davis. D'Angel was the former girlfriend of Beenie Man's lyrical enemy Bounty Killer. After Bounty Killer's relationship soured with D'Angel, Beenie Man stepped in and they were eventually married. A child, Marco Dean was the only child from the marriage.The marriage was always rumoured to be on the rocks, but when Beenie Man was spotted in public hugging and looking a little too intimate with new sensation Barbee, the entire marriage collapsed. Public feuding ensued with Beenie Man appearing on the radio dishing dirt on D'Angel claiming she always had another man in New York.
Confrontations also took place in front the Mafia House building when Beenie Man was attempting to remove furniture and other valuables. D'Angel showed up with lawyers and police in tow to halt any attempt by Beenie.
This has to be the final nail in the coffin for the once successful and thriving Mafia House Productions. D'Angel is expecting music production to eventually take off.
