Beenie Man is slated to perform alongside Alicia Keys at the American Music Awards. The American Music Awards kick off the awards season, and Beenie Man has been invited by Alicia Keys to join her on stage during her set. It is rumored Beenie will be performing his smash hit of yesteryear "Who Am I". Junior "One Blood" Reid, and Chaka Demus and Pliers will also perform.

Beenie Man and BarbeeBeenie Man left Jamaica on Thursday to link up with Keys to begin rehearsing their set. Many wondering where is the link for Beenie to perform with Keys, might remember that Beenie Man's rumored love interest is Barbee. Barbee has a guest appearance on Alicia Keys' official remix of the current Billboard R&B chart-topper No One.

Speaking of Barbee, it is also expected that Beenie Man will be walking the red carpet with Barbee at his side. Beenie has been recently in a spell of bad luck, with a pending divorce case with estranged wife D'Angel and also a lawsuit by the government of Jamaica for back taxes.

The AMAs air live on November 18th, 2007 at 8PM EST on ABC.

Update
Alicia Keys opened her performance alone, then Junior "One Blood" Reid joined her on stage. Junior Reid went on to perform a well received rendition of One Blood. Chaka Demus and Pliers came on right after Junior Reid to perform "Murder She Wrote". Beenie Man finished off in a full suit of white, with matching white bowler hat. "Who Am I" was performed although did not sound as good as the other dancehall acts.
