Trinidad and Tobago

As published on the Trinidad and Tobago Parliament website, here is the Draft Constitution of Trinidad and Tobago as presented to Parliament on August 18, 2006. This has not been widely circulated and discussed in Trinidad and Tobago, with political leaders bluntly stating that Patrick Manning has a second and third secret draft.

To begin, if not as yet known, the Trinidad and Tobago Parliament has a very unprofessional, tacky looking site, not becoming of a site for the government of any country. The site needs a complete redesign from bottom up. It is slow loading, does not adhere to W3C standards to web design, and on some pages there are no titles.
Prime Minister Patrick Manning - maybe soon to be Executive President of Trinidad and Tobago
But on to the good stuff. You can find the site at: http://www.ttparliament.org. For the link to the Draft Constitution, you can either get it directly from TnT Parliament website at Constitutional Resources, or directly from us at: August 2006 Trinidad and Tobago Draft Constitution.

Hope this is helpful to all.
