Yesterday, however, police confirmed that no charges were brought against the man and he was allowed to go.

Station Sergeant Barry Hunte told the SUNDAY SUN the man was not charged because ?after being interviewed, there was no evidence to bring charges against him?.

The news, however, has not been well received by Peter Boyce, spokesman for the Concerned Music/Video Producers and Retailers of Barbados (CMVPRB), who have been agitating for strict enforcement of the copyright laws.
